Custom date and time formats

The formats are assigned using tokens for day, month, year etc. (case sensitive, see below) with any delimiters. Time formats must be enclosed in square brackets. Examples:
dd-MM-yyyy
d MMM - [H:mm:ss]
If you want to include a word literally, enclose it in single quote marks, example:
'Copied:' yyyy-MM-dd, 'at' [H:mm]
All tokens are case sensitive!
